Stage 1, the Boulevard Tower (situated on Surfers Paradise Boulevard), is due for completion in late 2010 and the Orchid Tower (situated on Orchid Avenue) is due for completion in late 2011.

The project is also poised to set a new benchmark for quality shopping in Surfers Paradise with an integrated street level retail piazza situated on the ground and level one of the site. It is anticipated to attract national and international retailers including a day spa and restaurant.
